ABSTRACT

The transformer electric field calculation is very important in transformer design. The paper establishes a winding equivalent circuit model, and deduces the winding equivalent circuit differential equations in matrix form by using the cut-set analysis and derives the calculation formula of the initial potential distribution of the equivalent circuit model. On the basis of equivalent circuit equations, the paper calculates the inductance and capacitance parameters, develops the design calculation software for the wave process engineer, calculates the initial potential distribution of transformer winding, shock response potential distribution, maximum potential distribution and oil potential gradient distribution, and outputs the results to the VB interface.
