ABSTRACT

Reliability is an important indicator for measuring the anti-pinch function of the power window. Under circumstances such as pit roads, pulse width of the Hall signal is disturbed and the pulse width curve can generate spike noise. Considering the noise, a high reliability anti-pinch algorithm based on approximate integral is proposed. Firstly, the position of the approximate integral of the Hall signal pulse width curve is determined and then the curve is approximately integrated. Finally the integral area and threshold are compared; most of the spike noise can be filtered out, improving the correctness of judgement as to whether to prevent the clip. Using MATLAB to establish the simulation model of the power window, the simulation results show that this algorithm has much more reliability.
