ABSTRACT
I. INTRODUCTION Electrohydrodynamics (EHD) is the study of the motion of liquids sub jected to electric fields. The forces that are exerted by an electric field on free or polarization charges present in a liquid are transmitted by colli sions on the neutral molecules. Typically, the liquid will be set in motion, thus changing the distribution of charges that in turn modify the electric field. This coupling makes EHD a difficult subject.
