ABSTRACT
New technology applied in the nuclear industry is one of most important advances of the twenty-•rst century. Nanotechnology (NT), information technology (IT), and biotechnology (BT) have interdisciplinary applications in nuclear technology. Investigations in the nuclear industry as well as academic •elds are useful in managing these new technology •elds, and applications using these interdisciplinary technologies will enhance power production in nuclear power plants (NPPs).
