ABSTRACT
This chapter describes a valuable experience at the University of Colima (a public academic institution), which arose from the need to provide the University’s professors and researchers with telephone communication services, making full use of the existing infrastructure, while ensuring mobility and an adequate cost-benefi t ratio.
