ABSTRACT

Food analyses such as those performed on fruits, seeds, biscuits, ice cream, and biological films, it is important to note the applications of dynamic laser speckle in animal reproduction in agricultural areas. There are other parts of the cells that develop specific activities are interested in light propagation, the focus of the study should be the regulators of light penetration in the cells with the plastids called chloroplasts, chromoplasts, and leucoplasts assuming a special role. The main objective since then, besides the evaluation of other potential applications, has been to use dynamic speckle as a tool to analyze seed vigor and viability. The first subbeam has the original reference frequency; the second subbeam provides output diffused light with a different frequency after passing through the sample, and is influenced by the sample characteristics. The reduction of the tray size and the study of parasite behavior under laser light to get reliable information from samples with low concentration.
