Additionally, a method of employing a CMOS Sensor for integration on a focal plane is also used in this paper. CMOS staggers half of the pixel along the direction of the linear array to perform twice imaging. In other words, the method of subpixel imaging is adopted. Moreover, an approach of 2 × 2 micro-scanning is also applied to fill the infinitesimal displacement to improve the sampling frequency so that the original CMOS sampling frequency can be increased by times. In this way, the imaging quality is further improved.
