ABSTRACT
DSmT presents a new method for describing and analyzing problems. The hyper-power set in DSmT is based on the DST power set to relax the exclusive constraints. The proposition θi in frame Θ composes a set of finite propositions that expresses all the features of the fusion problem (Xusheng Zhai, 2012).
