ABSTRACT
This study investigates the limitations of inaccessible elevators with Braille System and the literal meanings of Braille symbols, locations, and floor setups in elevators in public transport systems, departmental stores, office buildings, and hospitals in Da Nang City with reference to Vietnamese Construction Standards TCXDVN 264:2002. The study compares the elevator specifications from three aspects: design, use, and construction.
