An investigation into the system of feasibility study for the revitalizing of idle public facilities through outsourcing of venue management

According to past experiences in other countries and current trends of privatization and diversification, the “outsourcing of venue management” model was adopted to introduce the dynamism and management experiences of private enterprises. This would be a key strategy for the revitalization of public construction and facilities. The following lists the experiences of outsourced management by the governments of the UK, the US, Canada, and Japan (Chang and Chang, 2006):
