ABSTRACT
Although the isolation technique has been used in civil engineering for more than 40 years, such as U.S. Court of Appeals, San Francisco Airport International Terminal, with isolation systems mainly consisting of sliding bearings (Charleson, 2008), Lead-Rubber Bearings (LRB) used in large span structures are seldom reported.
