ABSTRACT
In general, structures would deteriorate over time; especially, the degeneration of structural critical areas might lead to monolithic catastrophic failure. In the inspection of a structure, the phenomena of crack and corrosion of the main structure and the padding and failure of connection parts were discovered (Shinae 2013). They are the main sources of structural uncertainty for structural performance evaluation; therefore, it is of great importance to figure out the way of quantitatively evaluating their influences on structure performance.
