ABSTRACT

In this paper, an encapsulated piezoelectric sensor is developed based on the cement-based sensor of Professor Li Zongjin and its shielding performance and stability is studied to prove the feasibility of use of an encapsulated piezoelectric sensor to monitor steel corrosion. Then, the encapsulated piezoelectric sensor is used for steel corrosion monitoring, and ANSYS software is used to simulate the monitoring process in order to verify the validity of piezoelectric sensor monitoring of steel corrosion.
