The effect of different shapes of shear keys at the interface of old and new concretes of jacketed RC column

Mild steel bar of diameter 10 mm was used as shear key for the jacketed RC column. Spacing of the shear key was kept as 100 mm vertically. Since cross section of the column is 150 mm by 150 mm only one shear key along horizontal direction was inserted at each vertical face of the column. Arrangement of straight and one end hooked shear keys is shown in Figures 2 and 3.
