ABSTRACT
Two representative buildings in the project are studied in this paper. Ambient vibration tests are introduced firstly. The systematic procedures of measurement and practical issues are addressed, which will facilitate efficient application. The identified modal parameters of the buildings under operational conditions are then presented. The identified modal parameters provide valuable insight into the dynamic behaviors of the buildings. The results show high potential of this project for SHM of low-rise and moderate-high buildings.
