ABSTRACT
For the ECDHRS (Chen 2006), the external partially prestressed rods for connecting the haunch element to the beam and column could be easily implemented in a laboratory setting, but it would require drilling holes in the slabs and the walls in a real structure, which is more costly, time consuming and less practical.
