ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of mobile electronic devices, ZnO is concerned because it’s great potential in flat panel display and prospects in many fields as a new-type wide-band gap material. Its band gap and excition binding energy are large, and it’s transparent. Thin film transistors formed by ZnO have favorable performance and will be applied widely in the future. Flexible and fully transparent thin film transistors get extensive attention because of its application on fully transparent device. Among all the semiconductor materials which can achieve transparent electronic device, ZnO is the most valuable one. There are hopes provided by ZnO in the improvement of science, technology and quality of life (Alias et al 2013).
