The NRM suite covers the life cycle of cost management and means that, at any point in a building's life, quantity surveyors will have a set of rules for measuring and capturing cost data. In addition, the BCIS Standard Form of Cost Analysis (SFCA) 4th edition has been updated so that it is aligned with the NRM suite.
