Interaction of Electromagnetic Waves with Bounded Plasmas Moving Perpendicular to the Plane of Incidence*

In a previous paper [1], the reflection and transmission properties of isotropic and uniaxially anisotropic bounded stationary plasmas were considered. The results for the case when the plasma is moving perpendicular to the interface or parallel to the interface in the plane of incidence have been considered by many investigators [2–8] and are summarized by Kalluri and Shrivastava [9].
