In this chapter, the dynamics of a skyrmion under the application of external current as well as the methods to guide the ensuing current-induced motion is discussed. The discussion is started by first deriving the equation of motion of the current-driven skyrmion from the more general LandauLifshitz-Gilbert equation with the addition of the spin-transfer torque
