ABSTRACT
Abstract: This chapter explains rock joints shearing testing system including the development of serve-controlled test apparatus, shear behavior of single rock joint under CNL and CNS conditions, laboratory direct shear tests and coupled shear-flow-tracer tests on rock joints with various surface characteristics.
