ABSTRACT

Signal formation and processingmethods are considered taking into

account the requirements of high resolution and processing speed

that are very important for full-field optical coherence microscopy.

Special attention is devoted to the problem of information capacity

of optical and electronic channels, where information is acquired

and transmitted. Possibility to decrease the amount of data that

has to be processed using signal downsampling, that is, missing

uninformative video frames, is considered and discussed. Modern

recurrence algorithms of signal processing in state space in dynamic

mode are presented, and examples of experimental applications of

high-speed processing algorithms are given.
