ABSTRACT

The success of full-field optical coherence tomography (FF-OCT) or

full-field optical coherence microscopy (FF-OCM) in imaging bio-

medical tissue with cellular-resolution and high-sensitivity scores

is already recognized in the biomedical applications. Various tech-

niques and applications have been developed to take advantage of

the FF-OCT characteristics, based on low-coherence interferometry

of a light source along with phase shifting. In this chapter we review

the basic principle of FF-OCT and its extension in multiwavelength

FF-OCT for phase measurement and full-color imaging.
