ABSTRACT
172The chapter outlines are the basic cause and sources of different microbi-ological contamination in the milk and milk products. The pre- and post-processing causes of contamination and their possible solutions have beenproposed to mitigate the possible foodborne-related contaminations andoutbreaks to guarantee the food safety and health issues of the consumers.
