Data were collected from 172 executives employed with Indian public and private banks & insurance industries. A set of standard tools on workplace spirituality and employee engagement was administered to all the participants. The results revealed that there exists a positively significant relationship between workplace spirituality and employee engagement. At the same time, there are not much of statistical differences between genders on perceiving their organizations differently in regard to dimensions of workplace spirituality and employee engagement.
