ABSTRACT

TiO2 powders are widely used for gas sensors, dielectric ceramics, dyes, etc. The increased interest in recent years is the high photocatalytic activity of TiO2, which allows to implement chemical processes using solar energy [1, 2]. Industrial powders are a mixture of various fractions from submicron powders to larger particles. We know a considerable amount of work on the preparation of nano TiO2 [3-5]. However, for various structural solutions are more suitable not a powders but bulk materials, which sintering from nanopowders are not well investigated.
