17.1 INTRODUCTION
Wave film found in many industrial processes and plants, called film devices. The occurrence of waves on the film alters the hydrodynamics of the interaction of the film with a central gas core, since the interfacial
friction is added to form an interface resistance. One example is the separation of vapor when the result is a film of fluid.
