      8.1 MODELING PROCESSES OF SPECIAL NANOSTRUCTURED LAYERS IN EPITAXIAL STRUCTURES

      The problem of modeling processes of special nanostructured layers for solar cells in the structures solved by molecular dynamics (MD). Depending on the type of building and external forces in the system, the problem will have different accuracies and various thermodynamic parameters. Previous studies proposed semi-empirical approach that combines the benefits of great potentials and embedded atom method (MEAM). In numerical calculations the modern MEAM potentials are used.
