Plan–Do–Check–Act (Shewhart Cycle)

Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) is a structured approach for improving services, products, or processes. It is also sometimes referred to as plan–do–check–adjust. Another version of this PDCA cycle is OPDCA. The added O stands for observation or as some versions say “Grasp the current condition.”
