ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT The Peace Game is a exible war gaming-based software package that captures the complexities of conict resolution in peace and stability (and other culturalcentric) operations that are underway in regions such as South Sudan and Afghanistan. The Peace Game facilitates multiple players assuming roles as government leaders, military and coalition commanders, NGO representatives, or various militia camps as they attempt to cooperate with or undermine the strategies being implemented by other players. The Peace Game is a manifestation of rigorous, effects-based assessment approaches to operations.
