ABSTRACT
Nanotechnology is a fast growing frontier of scientific and economic interest of the century serving as an emerging technology in the food industry, agriculture, and water treatment. Nanotechnology regarding food is a growing interest and can have a plethora of new possibilities and applications making it an ideal vehicle for drug delivery (Sanguansri and Augustin 2006).
