ABSTRACT
Materials are defined as pure solid compounds or mixtures of them with the ability to satisfy human needs (Fahlman 2008). Polymers are a class of materials that have found applications in different areas such as the electronics, aerospace, biomedicine, agriculture, food, and home products industries. The wide range of uses for polymers is derived from the large number of properties associated with their composition, molecular weight, structural arrangement, and processing methods. These properties can be further modified by the addition of fillers.
