ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses testing and validation in the context of the campus microgrid development, with a focus on use cases. Since the highlevel functional testing of the system was entirely use-case driven, a significant discussion of what use cases are and how they relate to testing is included. It is hoped that where applicable, the approaches discussed herein may be replicated in other application microgrids.
