ABSTRACT
Establishing a novel and feasible technology for corrosion control in civil structures, through utilising a cross-border research, has been the objective of our recent research within self-healing & nano-materials application. With this regard and in view of novelty and originality, the application of tailor-made, polymeric nano-architectures for self-healing of corrosion damage (Fig. 1a–e) was recently studied.
