ABSTRACT

Work culture refers to values and beliefs and attitudes of the employee toward the job. The practice of work culture demands integrity. Integrity is in the form of keeping to time, disseminating information, rendering the best service, and in the relationship with the head of department. Hence the culture of ethics and integrity must align with the fourth challenge in Vision 2020 namely to shape a society strong in moral characteristics and ethics. The issue of integrity is not just focused on corruption; instead it is a bigger concept. The practice of work culture also demands integrity.
