ABSTRACT
Having presented the personal stories it seems important to try to highlight some of the key issues that they raise. This is by its very nature a somewhat subjective process but I have tried to pick out issues that are common to several of the stories and then use quotes to try to illustrate, and give evidence for, what I mean.
