ABSTRACT
The key to presenting well and confidently to the FirstTier Tribunal and making the experience inquisitorial (as it should be) rather than adversarial is preparation. This process will have started with the clinical team’s preparing their reports in a timely fashion using guidance, as in Chapter 94.
