ABSTRACT
INDICATIONS AP is indicated in almost all patients, including the elderly. Most of the procedures are performed in truly ambulatory patients, but the technique may also be used in conjunction with other surgical procedures or chemical ablation (in particular, echosclerotherapy of intrafascial insufcient venous pathways).
