ABSTRACT
Whatever our particular role or form of employment most of us find ourselves working in different settings within and across our working lives. We may come together with new and changing groups of people on a quite frequent basis, perhaps in various project teams. Equally, others may be part of a relatively stable group that meets regularly but infrequently to deal with critical common issues or special interest areas.
