ABSTRACT
The availability and access to new symptomatic treatments is becom ing increasingly relevant at all stages of the illness, but most particularly at the early stage. Appropriate clinical practice models for AD and other dementias, of necessity, must involve close co-operation and collabora tion between primary care and secondary care at all stages of the illness.
