ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: The paper presents non-linear analysis of slender concrete columns. A step by step analysis with help of the Transfer Matrix Method and modified calculation of rigidities of reinforced concrete cross-sections is carried out. The general non-linear method theoretical result is verified with realized experiments. The general non-linear method is compared with an approximate method of nominal curvature taking into account effects of second order.
