ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT: The occurrence of failures in the construction of buildings, either older or newer, can have several causes. It can be due to poor-quality design, realisation, material used, and also neglected maintenance of existing buildings. An actual review of housing stock must provide the basic requirements for static, hygiene, fire, acoustic and thermal protection, health, and reduce energy intensity. The article concerns the diagnosis of the causes of failures of a multifunctional object.
