ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: Recent time is characterized by an increasing trend in the application of sustainable development in civil engineering, including building maintenance. There exist several methods of optimizing maintenance. One of them is the application of state-of-theart information technologies in the building maintenance process. A detailed analysis of all processes related to the building maintenance right in the design process can affect future maintenance of buildings-whether economic or energy intensity of the maintenance itself. Identification of all maintenance activities of individual building components and technical and technological installations in the proposed service life can determine their financial scope, but also time needs. A suitable version may be selected by a designer according to the future user needs. According to their requirements and resources, this version will be the best for the given group of users within the life cycle process.
