ABSTRACT

Following with the implementation of the 12.5 m Deepwater Channel Regulation Project in the Yangtze River in Nanjing, the research of channel engineering has put forward a new type of energy dissipation and beach protection penetrating frames structure. Based on laboratory experiments, this paper reveals the geometric characteristics of the double H permeable frame group, the energy dissipation mechanism and the effect of anti-erosion and deposit-promoting schemes, and analyzes the effect of the number of layers on the energy dissipation and combining the theoretical analysis. The research results showed that the effect of the new type of water protection and the protection of the beach can provide scientific reference for the design and application of the channel engineering.
