ABSTRACT

DWI was acquired before DCE, using a singleshot spin-echo echo-planar imaging sequence. The signal intensity for each lesion was fitted with the DKI model.

2.2 Statistical analysis

Data was processed using an in-house script developed in MATLAB software (Mathworks, Inc.) with the Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm. MK values were calculated by histological type. PASW Statistics V17 software was used.
