ABSTRACT

Spontaneous Miscarriage (SM) often occurs before 20 weeks of gestation (Stephenson & Kutteh, 2007). Recurret miscarriage is a problem affecting approximately 5% of couples trying to conceive (Munné et al., 2005; Sierra et al., 2006; Stephenson & Kutteh, 2007). Evaluation classically begins after 3 consecutive miscarriages of less than 10 weeks of gestation but may be requested earlier if a prior miscarriage was found to be euploid, or if there is concomitant infertility and/or advancing maternal age (Stephenson & Kutteh, 2007).
