2.2 The non-standard text of Tibetan

There are some other characters in Tibetan texts which do not belong to Tibetan characters, such as numbers, dates, phone numbers and other characters written by Arabic numerals, mathematical formula and the number of symbols in technical manuals, emoticons, currency symbols, or other shorthand symbols in Email texts, the domain names or IP addresses usually are used in the Web pages, etc. There are many conventional notations in Tibetan text, for example, French quotes and quotes are non-standard Tibetan text. These nonstandard texts can correctly determine their pronunciation after converted to the standard written form and become standardized text.
