ABSTRACT
In recent years, some researchers appeal to strengthening teachers’ practical knowledge in Chinese teacher group construction. Along with the disconnection of job-oriented education and academic education, the development of job-oriented academies rely on their teachers’ professional development which can be realized by reflecting in practice, increasing teachers’ practical knowledge, constructing study platform and accelerating teachers to update their theoretic and practical knowledge.
