ABSTRACT
When listing facts use either the style tag List signs or the style tag List numbers. At present staffs on archives promotion of information are not enough. Besides they don’t have good education and have little professional knowledge, which blocks the files information construction. The professional files management staffs who have no good education and low post always do several jobs at the same time and many of them have no opportunities to attend the professional training after they join the work. They are short of necessary theory knowledge about files and have no information technology. The management is just based on their experience for them. Professional staffs on files information who have good understand on files management are extremely demanded, the deficiency of them has hindered the progress of the files promotion of information in academies.
