ABSTRACT
We have made achievements, but still not enough compared with educationally advanced country. For example, MIT has been working on Open Course Ware (OCW) project; the federation of international open course ware was founded in 2008; some courses, such as Justice and Happiness by Harvard University, had attracted learners’ interests from all over the world; MOOC arisen in 2012 has promoted the open courses project and educational informatization to a new level. (Cooper, S. & Sahami, M. 2013).
